The firm also employs cost-effective support staff consisting of over 50 paralegals and support specialists, with specializations in litigation, preparation, and prosecution of utility and design patents around the globe. Our IPR teams are formed from these diverse attorneys and staff. As such, we offer a deep bench that can handle any PTAB litigation matter.
Our Experience
Our firm has handled over 400 PTAB proceedings since the PTAB’s 2012 inception. We are one of the leading filers of IPR petitions. Our petitions are successful too. We have also successfully represented Patent Owners from the beginning. We were the first firm to obtain a full denial of institution of an IPR.
