  • ITC and federal court patent litigation – Represented leading technology companies, including Toshiba, Nike (digital and electronics-enabled innovations), Tencent, and Rogue Fitness, in disputes involving electrical systems, computer-implemented inventions, and consumer electronics.
  • Nationwide patent litigation – Regularly represent plaintiffs and defendants in U.S. district courts in disputes involving complex electrical and computer technologies, supported by close collaboration with engineers and technical experts.
  • Section 337 / ITC proceedings – Advise and represent clients in fast-paced ITC investigations involving electrical engineering and computer technologies, coordinating parallel district court and PTAB proceedings.
