- Nationwide patent litigation – Regularly represent plaintiffs and defendants in U.S. district courts in disputes involving complex electrical and computer technologies, supported by close collaboration with engineers and technical experts.
- Section 337 / ITC proceedings – Advise and represent clients in fast-paced ITC investigations involving electrical engineering and computer technologies, coordinating parallel district court and PTAB proceedings.
