Robert S. Katz and Richard S. Stockton featured for role in first GW Law Design Patent Symposium in Intellectual Property Law Perspectives

Robert S. Katz and Richard S. Stockton were featured for their role in the inaugural GW Law Design Patent Symposium in the Fall 2015 edition of Intellectual Property Law Perspectives.

The symposium, held on Nov. 21, 2014, and sponsored by GW Law, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Banner & Witcoff and Sterne Kessler, presented and fostered debate on cutting-edge, design-related topics. Mr. Katz co-moderated a panel on the law of design patent remedies, and Mr. Stockton participated in a panel discussion on recent case law in functionality. Mr. Katz also co-led a town hall discussion on the status of the design patent system.
