Kim represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters. She currently concentrates on patent litigation and counseling, in addition to litigation in trademark and trade dress matters. She has assisted clients ranging from small companies to Fortune 500 hundred companies in the litigation and enforcement of patent, trademark, and trade dress rights before federal district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Kim graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law. She was an associate editor for Northwestern University Law Review. She also gained valuable litigation experience working in the MacArthur Justice Center Civil Rights Litigation Clinic.

Prior to joining Banner Witcoff, she worked as a systems engineer for Raytheon on missile defense systems. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Valparaiso University.
