Robert Katz will join a panel on Friday, September 18. The session, “The Dual Shield: Navigating the Overlap of Copyright and Design Law and Maximizing Protection at the Intersection of IP Rights,” will dive into the complex world of overlapping IP and explore how to leverage both copyright and design rights for maximum protection.
