Rebecca graduated from The George Washington University Law School with Highest Honors. She maintains a diverse intellectual property practice spanning both prosecution and litigation. In her prosecution work, Rebecca handles high-value patents, including standard-essential patents (SEPs), and manages global portfolios for clients with multi-jurisdictional needs. In her litigation practice, Rebecca has substantial experience before the PTAB, including inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, and works closely with technical experts to analyze complex product technologies implicated in infringement disputes.

Rebecca’s work is driven by the fast-moving nature of her clients’ industries. Her patent practice centers on cutting-edge technologies such as telecommunications, AI, VR/AR, data storage, semiconductors, and medical devices.

Prior to attending the George Washington University Law School, Rebecca managed patent law matters for a global company in the field of telecommunications technology in China. In this role, she managed patent portfolios and collaborated with technical experts to conduct competition analysis and devise business strategies.

Rebecca earned a Juris Master’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and computer science from Peking University in Beijing, China, before attending the George Washington University Law School. During law school, Rebecca served as a member of the Law Review and a contracts law tutor. She also participated in moot court competitions.
