Qi specializes in patent prosecution, PTAB litigation, and client counseling, with a strong focus on diverse technologies including electrical, telecommunications, software, and computer-related fields. Qi also has experience in patent litigation at the district court level and arbitration-type dispute resolution.
In addition to her law firm experience, Qi has served as in-house counsel at a major U.S. multinational technology corporation in Shanghai, China. She is qualified as China Attorney-at-Law and Patent Agent.
Prior to her legal career, Qi was a system engineer at a prominent German multinational technology corporation renowned for its wireless communications technology.
During her studies at The George Washington University Law School, Qi served as a staff editor for the AIPLA Quarterly Journal and as a researcher for the Law School.
