The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia granted SAIC’s motion to dismiss a complaint filed by a former employee. The former employee had sued SAIC, a Banner & Witcoff client, for various alleged violations of copyright, trade secret, trademark, and related business torts. The ruling brings to a close the lawsuit involving allegations that SAIC had misappropriated technology purportedly developed by the plaintiff.
