Banner Witcoff’s Robert Katz and Anna King will present at the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) ABC Meeting 2024 in Edinburgh from June 15 to 18.
Rob’s presentation, “Navigating the Complexities and Challenges of Overlapping IP Rights,” will take place on June 16, and examine several scenarios where different kinds of intellectual property rights collide from a UK, US, and Canadian perspective.
Anna will present in the lightning round panel, “Innovative Sparks: Charting the IP Horizon with Lightning Talks,” on Monday, June 17. The panel will delve into advancements in AI and IP drafting. Anna’s presentation will focus on the 2023 Jack Daniel’s Properties v. VIP Products ruling.
