The World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) has recognized Banner Witcoff shareholder Robert Katz, along with the firm’s patent practice, in its 2025 edition of the USA Patents. The national rankings highlight the firms handling the most consequential matters in the country, and developing patent portfolios for some of the world’s largest companies.
The guide “Recommends” the firm and Robert Katz, noting that the firm has “maintained its position as a top procurer of US design patents—the team has secured over 1,000 design patents for Nike and Converse since 2023.”
