Shareholder Robert Katz will join a panel discussion on design patent updates during the FICPI Denmark and CET Seminar on Thursday, June 26 in Copenhagen.
Robert and his co-panelists will discuss EU design reform, DK copyright and functional protection, and comparisons with US designs and copyrights. Robert serves as President of the US Chapter of FICPI and Vice President of the FICPI CET Committee.
