Dannenberg discusses a client dispute over a parcel of Second Life land.  Dannenberg’s clients, who go by the Second Life names Tasha Kostolany and Izabella Bentham, worked with the avatar Patrick Leavitt, represented by Brackman and Brackman, to develop the land called Sailor’s Cove.  Leavitt was the only owner of record, though Kostolany and Bentham helped maintain the island, were each acknowledged as “Owner and Sailor’s Cove Partner,” though Leavitt later asserted sole ownership.
