On January 11, 2012, Mr. Katz will meet with Janet Gongola, Judge Smith, and Judge Tierney of the USPTO, on behalf of FICPI. Mr. Katz will discuss and express positions on aspects of the new rules being written regarding Post Grant Opposition Rules and Inter-parties Review Rules.
Banner & Witcoff will monitor and provide updates on the new USPTO rules as information becomes available.
