North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable to Examine Perspectives on Diversity and Inclusion in Intellectual Property Law and Beyond

May 6, 2022

The next North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program will take place on May 6 in Northbrook, where the discussion will focus on diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.

Banner Witcoff Shareholders Binal Patel and Azuka Dike will lead the discussion. They will discuss topics such as; the state of DEI in the legal profession; perceived barriers to increased DEI in the corporate world; how events of the racial justice movement have reshaped in-house diversity efforts; example initiatives for increasing DEI in-house and more. A Q&A session will follow the program, which is intended for in-house counsel who address IP issues and live in, or work in, Chicago’s northern suburbs.

Lunch will be provided, and an application for 1 hour of CLE credit will be sought in IL and VA. Attendees must register in advance. To register or for more information on the North Shore or West Suburban Corporate IP Roundtable programs, email info@bannerwitcoff.com.

The North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program was created to provide educational and networking opportunities for in-house corporate counsel. Due to its success, the firm-sponsored initiative was expanded to Chicago’s west suburbs.
