Kirk Sigmon and Bradley Van Pelt Present at IIPLA 2025

Banner Witcoff’s Kirk Sigmon and Bradley Van Pelt will present at International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA) 2025 USA on September 29-30.

Kirk will moderate and Brad will be a panelist for the session, “Patent Law in the USA: Navigating Recent Legal Developments.” Kirk, Brad, and panelists will discuss patent eligibility and high-stakes disputes, patent enforcement strategies for innovators, and more.
