On December 16, 2010, Chief Judge Randall R. Rader of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit inducted Joseph M. Potenza as a Fellow of the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court, recognizing his years of dedication and service to the Inn and to the field of intellectual property law.
