On November 17, 2015, a U.S. International Trade Commission judge sided with Converse Inc., in its case against Wal-Mart, Skechers and more than 30 other companies for violating its trade dress rights by selling knockoff versions of the Chuck Taylor All Star sneaker.
The ruling will now be considered by the full ITC.
