Bradley C. Wright comments on Tafas v. Doll in The Wall Street Journal and Managing Intellectual Property.

Mr. Wright discusses the long-awaited decision issued on March 20, 2009 by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Tafas v. Doll, in the Wall Street Journal, in an article titled “Ruling on Patent Measures Deals Setback to Drug Firms.”

Mr. Wright is also quoted in an article in Managing Intellectual Property, titled “Patent Community Stunned By CAFC Ruling,” and in an article in BNA’s Patent, Trademark & Copyright Journal, titled “Patent Community Fears Implications Of Federal Circuit’s Tafas Decision.”
