Shareholder Fred Meeker will participate in a PTAB Bar Association Program Committee webinar on Monday, September 16 at 2pm ET.
The webinar, “Bench and Bar Discussion of IPR Strategies and Practical Tips,” will discuss strategies for drafting and defending IPRs, touching on tactics for finding and selecting prior art, motivations to combine, deposition strategy, and the preparation for and participation in oral arguments. The panel will also provide advice for appellate review and other practical tips for practitioners before the PTAB with strategic approaches for Petitioner side-representation and Patent Owner side-representation.
Fred will speak alongside Deputy Chief Administrative Patent Judge and Senior Legal Advisor Jacqueline Bonilla of the USPTO, and Lestin Kenton of Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox.
