Banner & Witcoff has once again surpassed the record for prosecuting the most design patents to issuance by a law firm in a calendar year. Tuesday, September 18, the firm increased the total number of design patents procured on behalf of its clients to 559 in this calendar year. This breaks the record of 554 design patents in a single year, which was set by the firm in 2006.
With the entire forth quarter ahead and with a large number of allowed design applications awaiting issuance, Banner & Witcoff is poised to shatter last year’s record by the end of 2007. Banner & Witcoff would like to thank its design-driven clients for entrusting their design work to the firm.
