Anna King will present on Ex Parte Appeals on Friday, June 16, at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2023 Trademark Boot Camp. Her presentation will cover practice rules, pleading requirements, tips for briefs, oral arguments and what happens after the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board renders its decision. This will be the third time Anna has been invited to present on the topic.
Now in its 13th year, the Trademark Boot Camp is a two-day continuing legal education program designed for new practitioners and those interested in the basics of trademark practice. The program will take place June 15-16 in Arlington, Virginia.
