Banner Witcoff’s Laura Brutman has been elected Chair of the US Bar-European Patent Office (EPO) Liaison Council for the upcoming two-year term. Laura previously served as Vice Chair of the Council.
The US Bar-EPO Liaison Council is composed of delegates representing IP associations and IP sections of bar associations throughout the United States. The Council meets annually with the EPO to promote the exchange of information on IP law, IP practice, and the experience of US applicants engaging with the EPO.
