Banner Witcoff’s Robert Katz and Ross Dannenberg will share key copyright insights during a FICPI Sweden webinar on October 23.
According to FICPI Sweden, “Copyright can overlap with other IP rights such as trademarks, design rights and patents (mainly patents that include software). This happens e.g. when the same object, in whole or in part, can be considered as an original work of authorship and also as a distinctive sign or a product with a new and individual design or a patentable invention.”
During the webinar, Rob will join a panel and break down U.S. perspectives on copyright overlaps. Ross will deliver an analysis of the Google v. Oracle case.
