Shareholder Robert Katz will present on design protection and enforcement approaches in the US and UK at The Chartered Institute of Trademark Attorneys (CITMA) in London on Thursday, March 20.
Robert and his co-presenter will explore what needs to happen when filing a design case at an international level and the impact when pleading. They will also provide strategies for filing and enforcement.
According to its website, CITMA was founded in 1934, chartered in 2016, and is a professional membership organization with the power to shape law and practice – nationally and internationally. CITMA represents the interest of over 1,800 trademark and design professionals and strives to bring recognition to the work they do.
