Push to Invent? Intellectual Property Issues for AI-Generated Inventions and Content

Banner Witcoff attorneys Josh Davenport, Scott Kelly, and Jason Shull will present “Push to Invent? Intellectual Property Issues for AI-Generated Inventions and Content” during an Arizona Technology Council webinar on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from noon to 1 p.m. MST.

Jason, co-chair of the ATC Law and Technology Committee, will serve as moderator as Josh and Scott discuss patent and copyright issues related to AI-assisted invention and content creation. The presentation will also examine who qualifies as an “inventor” or “author” for enforcement purposes and highlight early cases illustrating risks in using AI-generated material.
