Banner Witcoff’s Anna King will update the Japan Trademark Office on the Trademark Modernization Act on Monday, April 15, as part of the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) Intellectual Property Practice in Japan 2024 Delegation.
Anna will also lead a trademark workshop at the Japan Patent Attorneys Association on Tuesday, April 16, and speak on the Trademark Modernization Act again at the Japan Trademark Association on Wednesday, April 17.
Anna currently serves as chair to the AIPLA’s Trademark Treaties and International Law Committee and has been an active member of AIPLA throughout her career.
