Shareholder Anna King has been selected as the chair of AIPLA’s Trademark Treaties and International Law Committee. She previously served as vice-chair and has been an active member of AIPLA throughout her career.
The Trademark Treaties and International Law Committee considers the treaties of the United States and foreign countries, as well as intergovernmental organizations. It also examines the statutes, rules, regulations, and judicial decisions of foreign countries and intergovernmental organizations, especially as they relate to trademarks, trade names, and unfair competition that may affect the business of U.S. companies.
