Banner Witcoff attorney Anna King has been named a 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. Additionally, attorneys Janet Lee and Heather Smith-Carra were selected for the LCLD Pathfinder program.
The Fellow program was launched in 2011 and is designed for diverse, high-potential mid-career attorneys to provide them with leadership training, professional and personal development opportunities, and relationship-building opportunities. The Pathfinder program was developed with early-career attorneys in mind, to train in critical career development strategies including leadership and building professional networks.
At Banner Witcoff, Anna focuses her practice on issues arising under trademark, unfair competition, domain name, and copyright law. Janet concentrates primarily on trademark law, and Heather focuses on trademark, copyright, and trade dress rights.
Banner Witcoff is a member law firm of LCLD, an organization founded in 2009 that includes more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. The LCLD Pathfinders Program has trained more than 900 early-career attorneys since it launched in 2015. For more information about LCLD and its Pathfinder Program, go to www.lcldnet.org.
