The award is a result of Mr. Shull’s work as the Website Editor for the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee in the Section of Litigation of the ABA. Only one committee in the Section of 40 committees receives the award. The award was presented at the 2009 ABA Section of Litigation Editor’s Symposium on October 2, 2009, in Chicago.
