Mr. Becker speculates on the prospects for patent reform in 2009 in an article titled “Patent Reform Prospects Cloudy.” Mr. Becker notes that patent reform is a nonpartisan issue with strong lobbying groups on both sides. He also suggests that we may not see much movement on the issue as the new administration has many pressing issues to address.
