Pete's practice concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of both domestic and foreign patent applications, patentability searches, patent portfolio assessments and evaluations on a variety of patent matters. Pete has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technologies, including electrical devices, software applications, business methods, medical devices and chemical processes.
Prior to joining Banner Witcoff, Pete worked as a patent attorney at a Fortune 500 corporation drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Pete worked as a senior development engineer at a large international corporation for more than eleven years developing and supporting hardware and software products used in industrial automation and food packaging applications.
Pete earned a B.S.E.E. from Michigan State University and a M.S.E.E. from University of Colorado.
