Greta Zimmerman works on a variety of intellectual property matters, including IP litigation and patent prosecution.
Greta graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she completed the intellectual property law concentration and spent three semesters working in the law school’s Intellectual Property Law Clinic. There, she advised clients on IP and business strategy, conducted prior art searches, and drafted a provisional patent application.
Greta worked as a summer associate at Banner Witcoff following both her first and second years of law school before joining the firm full-time as an associate following her graduation from law school.
