North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable to Examine Due Diligence in Corporate Transactions

October 11, 2019

The next North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program will take place on Oct. 11 in Northbrook, where the discussion will focus on IP due diligence in corporate transactions.

Sponsored by Banner Witcoff, the program will feature speakers Christine Castellano and Sara Vinarov, Ph.D. Christine is a global Fortune 500 general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer, as well as a certified diversity professional. Sara serves as intellectual property counsel at Tate & Lyle Ingredients Americas LLC.

They will discuss IP due diligence in corporate transactions and provide attendees with practical considerations and best practices. A Q&A session will follow the program, which is intended for in-house counsel who address IP issues and live in, or work in, Chicago’s northern suburbs.

Lunch will be provided, and one MCLE credit is pending. Attendees must register in advance. To register or for more information on the North Shore or West Suburban Corporate IP Roundtable programs, email info@bannerwitcoff.com.

The North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program was created to provide educational and networking opportunities for in-house corporate counsel. Due to its success, the firm-sponsored initiative was expanded to Chicago’s west suburbs. The next West Suburban Corporate IP Roundtable program will take place Nov. 15.
