The next North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program will take place on May 2 in Northbrook, with a presentation focused on intellectual property indemnification.

Indemnification provisions are now commonly negotiated in technology agreements. But they are often boilerplate terms and often do not address the circumstances that arise that could implicate insemination issues. Our speakers, Dan Glitto (Zebra Technologies) and Binal Patel (Banner Witcoff) will discuss strategies for negotiating indemnification provisions. This CLE talk will discuss the key ways for effectively drafting these provisions to best address situations that may arise in the future.
