Michael Krashin is a new “Global Fellow” in the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
The FCBA, with support from the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, invites Mr. Krashin and other emerging legal leaders to attend an intensive learning program taught by influential judges and practitioners from the United States and Germany. The selective group includes 24 attorneys, who will focus both on policy issues and practical lessons on the operation of patent systems in the United States and Europe.
The Global Fellows will convene for two sessions, the DC session from September 24-27, 2024, and the Munich session from March 11-14, 2025.
