Banner Witcoff’s Mercedes Meyer will present psychological safety for the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) Diversity Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 15.
Mercedes’ presentation, titled “Psychological Safety – What does “Safe” mean?”, will cover the intersectionality of diversity, equity, and inclusion with mental health in the legal profession. Mercedes will also explore how the brain works under stress, provide tools to help relieve stress, and identify some of the root causes of stress. Mercedes is an active member of IPO, serving as Vice Chair of the Women’s Committee since 2016, and a participating member of the organization’s Diversity Committee.
