Banner Witcoff’s Christian LaForgia will join a panel at the 2025 Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) Annual Meeting on September 7-9 in San Diego, California.
The panel, “Legal Ethics During Deal Negotiations,” will be on September 9 at 4 p.m. (PDT), and will discuss situations and issues that could occur during a licensing engagement and the applicable rules of ethics.
