Banner Witcoff is pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has awarded the firm both the 2026 Compass Award and the 2026 Top Performer designation.
The Compass Award recognizes organizations that take an active role across LCLD: the Managing Partner or General Counsel engages directly, and the organization selects both a Fellow and a Pathfinder and participates in our Success in Law School Mentoring Program.
Top Performers are the Member organizations most actively involved in LCLD’s programs throughout the year.
Banner Witcoff has participated in the LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder Programs since 2020. In 2026, attorneys Janet Lee and Danielle Gitzen were accepted to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and Pathfinder Programs. More information about the programs can be found here.
