Banner Witcoff Shareholder Josh Davenport will speak at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) Electronic and Computer Patent Law Summit on June 10 in Chicago.
The one-day, in-person, program will focus on the most pressions issues shaping today’s patent practice. Sessions will explore evolving USPTO priorities, recent case law developments, emerging challenges in semiconductor innovation, and the growing intersection of privacy, data security, and patent strategy.
Josh will present “AI Panel –AI inventorship; Responsible use of AI in the practice; Attorney training; Benefits/Pitfalls.” His session will address inventorship, responsible use, and practical implications for both private practice and in-house teams.
