Heather Smith-Carra will present on Ex Parte Appeals on Wednesday, June 26, at the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2024 Trademark Boot Camp.
Her presentation will cover practice rules, pleading requirements, tips for briefs, oral arguments, and what happens after the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board renders its decision. This will be the fourth time Banner Witcoff has been invited to present on the topic.
Now in its 14th year, the Trademark Boot Camp is a continuing legal education program designed for new practitioners and those interested in the basics of trademark practice. The program will take place virtually from June 24-27.
