Banner Witcoff’s Richard Stockton will moderate a panel at the 2025 Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) Annual Meeting, taking place September 7-9 in San Diego, California.
This panel, Destruction of Infringing Goods… How Did We Get Here and Now What?, will be on Tuesday, September 9 at 1 p.m. (PDT). It will explore the more common types of ITC orders, European and Chinese border enforcement, and address recent case law, as appropriate.
