Banner Witcoff’s Sean Jungels will present during the International Trademark Association (INTA) Designs in the Age of AI: Navigating the Next Frontier program on December 11 in Washington, DC and virtually.
Sean’s session, titled How Rights Holders Can Use AI in Procurement/Enforcement and How AI is Challenging Rights Holders, will take place from 4:20-5:10pm. The presentation will discuss the improved AI software that is currently available for design patent searching of public patent databases and monitoring of potential infringements on online marketplaces.
According to INTA’s website, the event will explore the rapidly evolving intersection of AI and design innovation. Discussions will address the complexities of inventorship and ownership when AI is involved in the creative process.
