Mr. Mottley is elected Chair of the D.C. Bar Council on Sections, which oversees the operations of the D.C. Bar’s 21 sections. Mr. Mottley is former Co-Chair of the Bar’s Intellectual Property Law Section and former Vice-Chair of the Council on Sections.
