Corporate Counsel’s annual “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies?” survey names Banner & Witcoff as a “Go-To” law firm for Fortune 100 companies.

Banner & Witcoff is pleased to be recognized as a “Go-To” law firm for several Fortune 100 companies including, Allstate, Bank of America, General Motors Corporation, Microsoft, and PepsiCo

This year’s survey is based on public records for Fortune 100 companies. Thomson Reuter’s Monitor Suite, which compiles information about lawyers, law firms, roles, representation, and parties from legal documents, is used to find out which firms represented Fortune 100 companies for litigation matters. Monitor Suite is also used to determine which firms represented Fortune 100 companies for patent prosecution in the fields of grants, applications and assignments. Data from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 was counted in the survey.
