Banner & Witcoff remembers former partner and friend William E. Schuyler, Jr. who passed away on July 25. Mr. Schuyler served as head of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 1969 to 1971 and was partner in the Washington, DC office of Schuyler, Banner, Birch, McKie and Beckett, a predecessor firm to Banner & Witcoff, Ltd.
