Banner & Witcoff was recently recognized in Corporate Counsel’s 2014 Patent Litigation Survey, which ranks law firms by the number of federal district court patent lawsuits they handled in the previous year.
According to the survey, Banner & Witcoff ranked 41st out of 66 firms, handling 19 total cases in 2013. The firm previously ranked 49th.
