In its fourth annual “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey, Corporate Counsel asked the general counsel of the Fortune 250 companies to identify their primary IP firms. As a result, Banner & Witcoff was named as one the top ten firms in the United States mentioned for patent prosecution and litigation matters.
