Banner & Witcoff is a founding member of the PTAB Bar Association, an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the highest professional and ethical standards among lawyers and stakeholders who appear before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The organization launched on Sept. 15, and will host its inaugural conference March 1-2, 2017, in Washington, D.C.
