Banner & Witcoff is pleased to announce the jury verdict of patent invalidity in favor of client Airlite Plastics Company of Omaha, Nebraska.  On March 5, 2009 a jury in Polyform, et al. v. Airlite Plastics Co. (D. Neb.) returned a verdict of invalidity against patent claims asserted by Plaintiffs Polyform, A.G.P. Inc., Plastiques Cellulaires Polyform, Inc., and Nudura Corporation.  The technology related to insulated concrete forms.
