The American Heart Association recently launched its 2014 Heart Innovation Forum, an initiative that presents topics of interest to the life science industry while raising funds for its research efforts and community education programs.
Shawn P. Gorman will serve as a member of the Heart Innovation Forum Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he will help plan and support the forum, which invites more than 250 physicians, researchers, investors and business leaders to discuss and develop technologies that promote heart health, and reduce the impact of heart disease and stroke on people’s lives.
